The app cannot reach the server

Check that your internet connection is active. Production releases require the public CB Dev Studios transcription service and cannot use an emulator-only address such as 10.0.2.2.

A transcription takes a long time

Processing time depends on video length, audio quality, server demand and the selected transcription model. Keep the app open while the job is running.

No speech was detected

Confirm that the video contains audible speech, increase the source volume where possible and try selecting the spoken language manually.

How do I remove history?

Open the history screen in the application and delete individual entries. You can also clear the application's storage from your device settings.

How are uploaded videos handled?

Selected videos are uploaded only after you start a transcription. Temporary media is designed to be removed after processing. See the Privacy Policy for details.
